Worldwide Travel Training Limited was founded in 1994 by its Director Janet Goodwin and has traded successfully over the past 15 years, providing further education and private colleges with support materials, and training individuals for employment in the travel industry.

Janet has worked in the Travel Industry since 1979, having started as a Resort Representative and progressing to Customer Services Manager for Jetsave based in Miami, Florida. On returning to the UK, Janet became a Tour Manager working for Travelsphere. During her 9 years in the role she travelled to many parts of the world and experienced many cultures. Her extensive knowledge and experience has formed the background to the success of Worldwide Travel Training Limited. Janet is responsible for writing, producing and delivering many of the training courses. She also is responsible for Marketing and ongoing Development.

Worldwide Travel Training has a Director of Training, Nick Trigg. Nicks' background is in Further Education having been Department Head of Travel and Tourism at Barnsley College. Nick has also worked in the Travel Industry as a Resort Representative and Airport Passenger Services Agent. He is responsible for the writing and development of support materials and also delivers Train the Trainer our in-house course for Further Education Tutors.

Worldwide Travel Training writes, produces and delivers training courses for the Travel and Transport Industry and has grown significantly in size and now employs many specialist consultants from all over the UK who deliver our training packages.

Our direct Tour Management training course is supported by many of the major Tour Operators and Worldwide Travel Training has extablished relationships with these organisations who normally reccommend individuals to Worldwide Travel Training. These major Tour Operators include: -

Worldwide Travel Training now provides direct training for Hackney Carriage & Private Hire Drivers. Our workshops for the NVQ Level 2 Passenger Carrying Vehicle Driving are delivered by specialists with knowledge and experience of both the Transport Industry and the role of a Taxi Driver.

This qualification is recognised by the Industry and meets the standards set by the Learning Skills Council. The qualification is delivered in small groups over a number of workshops and are tailored to meet individuals needs.
