Most responsible employers now offer a career outplacement training service, which assists those selected for redundancy by providing training to acquire new skills.

This is a very sensitive approach that eases the pain for those going and for managers and remaining staff.

With this in mind we are offering a one day workshop, the objectives – to improve their confidence levels in finding alternative employment and to help them on a practical level with writing CVs and attending interviews.
By the end of the workshop the delegates will:
- Have started exploring future employment opportunities
- Have identified their strengths and how to match these to future opportunities
- Recognise the importance and impact of displaying positive body language
- Gain the skills required to compose and structure a professional CV
- Be aware of interview techniques and skills

Our course is delivered by two experienced trainers who have themselves been through redundancy.

They make the course practical and interactive and ensure the delegates leave feeling confident, positive and optimistic.
